Whyte & Barrie are a Quality Assured Firm adhering to the requirements of ISO 9002, which was successfully obtained by the company on 30th April 1998. Our Quality Assurance procedures make compliance by all staff a mandatory item and therefore each staff member is familiar with the relevant parts of the Quality Assurance System pertaining to their tasks. This ensures that the service given to a Client meets a defined and high standard. Whyte & Barrie has a Partner responsible for the Quality Assurance System who arranges for periodic systematic checks or internal audits, to be made in addition to our compulsory external audits.
